My experiences here have been great a part from last night. I was asked to take my hoodie off while I was taking my debit card out of my wallet. This employee gave me no time to finish what I was doing and obnoxiously kept asking me to take it off. Once I finished, I complied. This took seconds. I don’t appreciate how it was made a bigger issue then it actually was (it wasn’t), and the whole interaction just felt weird to me. If I spoke up, I feel that would’ve been a problem too. Her demeanor was incredibly defensive, disrespectful, and rude. This was right before close. Not welcoming at all. Everyone else has been cool, she was before this too.

Fast and professional! It would have been nice to have the staff member checking me out to give me a visual of the product before sale was final. I had accidentally ordered flower pellets (that are intended for use in vaporizers) instead of the Flower in puds form. I would have definitely changed product and purchase something else. Thanks for listening. ❤️❤️❤️

Super knowledgeable staff!!! If you shop here regularly the staff will make it a point to remember you and your preferences so they can help you get litterly the best options for you. Plus they will have a better job referring you other options that maybe you never thought about or seen. I love this shop there culture and don't sleep on there customer service it is unrivaled in Champaign!!!! I make this my home shop so I love coming threw on the reg!

Great staff and always willing to answer questions. I have a medical card. Everyone is upbeat, except the woman working front check-in desk. She needs some gummies, bad. Very rude and unfriendly. Once you get past her, it's great!

This is one of my favorite dispensary to go to in the area. Love coming here the staff is always helpful and your in and out very quickly. When you first come in someone kindly greets you and checks your ID. They only do rec so there is no additional waiting for the MED line to be served first (my biggest). The staff will answer any questions and try to get you promos and discounts which is a plus. And when you’re done checking out they say “stay stoned” which i love. Overall the experience here is always pleasant. My only con is I really really wish they had parking or like a 15 min parking zone for customers ( maybe they do and i didnt pay attention), luckily there is metered parking in the back but if you dont have change you might he in a pickle. If you’re looking to buy Recreational in the champaign urbana area come here!
